This collection contains correspondence, manuscripts, photographs, and other materials relating to the life and work of Booth Tarkington, a writer from Indiana who was well known for his novels of life in the midwest, and who later lived in Kennebunkport, Maine.
Collection contains correspondence (some tipped into poetry volumes) to American literary figures in late nineteenth to early twentieth century and one typed manuscript.
